On Free, your AI acts as a planner — you can ask it anything in chat, and on the 1st of every month it builds you a fresh maintenance checklist. On Pro, your AI acts as an active manager — reviewing your home weekly in the background, reacting to live weather forecasts, tracking expiring warranties, and actively consolidating redundant tasks to keep your board clean.
What happens when my 14-day Pro trial ends?
You'll be gracefully downgraded to Free. You won't lose any of your Binder items or tasks — your AI just stops running weekly assessments until you upgrade. We'll never auto-charge you without your consent.
Do you take a cut if I hire a contractor?
Never. Unlike lead-gen sites, we don't sell your data or take kickbacks from pros. We work strictly for you, funded entirely by our optional Pro subscription. Read Our Promise to learn why.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel any time and won't be charged again. Annual subscribers can cancel renewal at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the year you paid for, and we won't auto-charge you when that period ends.
